Associate Director - Learning & Development - Manufacturing Segment - Pharma

We have opening with leading pharma company at Mumbai for their skill development program as Associate Director Manufacturing ( Learning & Development).

- You will be responsible for entire skill development,Learning & Development of entire manufacturing segment of company.

- Experience in Pharmaceutical specially injectable or sterile with skill development or L&D exposure preferable.

- Undertaking relevant quality training sessions for Compliance & Quality/ Production Improvements.

- Lead the team in various projects like new product sourcing, CFT, Quality Improvement projects. Developing a good quality Metrics to evaluate performance & share the metrics to mgmt., teams Training, motivating and mentoring team members to work in synchronization with corporate objectives. Driving team efforts to accomplish the targets to achieve the organizational goals.

- As a strategic leader provides directions to DGM, Senior Managers, Managers on Quality Systems & compliance aspects in various areas related to Supply chain, operations, Regulatory, product developments & new products launches.

- Opportunity to expand technical capabilities, leadership skills and business knowledge

- Working on or with teams that build new facilities and renovate or maintain existing facilities

- Maintaining or improving manufacturing operational cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance

- Learning about designing or redesigning new products
