Associate Director L&D
The role has the below broad pillars:
- Designing and executing L&D projects: The incumbent would be expected to work across a range of skilling problem statement and projects. The incumbent would need to work with stakeholders within HR and business leaders. These would be bespoke talent and learning solutions and require extremely strong problem solving, stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Running the Development Center Initiative: The incumbent would lead a project team to drive the roll out of the Development Centers.
- Program Delivery: The incumbent would be expected to deliver specific programs, virtually and in-person
- Solution Design: The incumbent would need to work on the design, curation and deployment of learning solutions
- Learning Partnership: The incumbent might be required to work with specific business on the end to end learning cycle covering needs analysis, learning strategy design, learning plan deployment and governance. This would also require the incumbent to be very comfortable working across a very matrixed stakeholder structure.
