PURPOSE:
- The F&A Logistic Delivery Head will ensure that the Finance And accounting Team is organized, trained, equipped and motivated to deliver service as per agreed TAT and quality levels. He is building and maintaining relationships with HO Finance Function owners to ensure alignment with Business. He is the key contact with all Stakeholders for regions in scope and Head office, coordinating with the Business development head.
- He is leading and animating a team of seasoned managers to ensure delivery and continuous improvements with a large experience, and knowledge on their process scope. prioritizing tasks and managing resources to achieve product goals in a timely and efficient manner through utilization of metrics and data-driven decision, as well as promote Transformation, along with standardization and compliance, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
Job Specification: F&A Services - Internal Control : Associate Director / General Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
People:
- Manage team all F&A Streams per TOM (O2C/P2P/RTR)
- Ensure staffing at the agreed level for each activity.
- Manage within industry level of attrition without impact of delivery.
- Develop skills and talent to permit new added value task transitions.
- Promote Ownership and transformation Mindset within the team.
- Identify, motivate and retain talents
- Ensure equity, respect and fairness of management over a global team of 1000+
Process /Projects:
- Guarantee quality and timelines of monthly financial closing for each entity under scope
- Drive Process/Optimization and Automation through Continuous Improvements
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and automation to enhance service quality and reduce costs. Opportunities should be prioritized to improve the Customer
Experience and address the Business pain points.
- Standardization and Automation Promote RPAs plans.
- Build the business case for improvements and get the approval from Function Owners
- Develop and maintain transversal activities:
- Process Management, standardization
- Core project management as per set Roadmaps
- Host niche activities and subsidiaries
Business Management:
- Manage within set Productivity target, with continuous review and enhancement.
Focus on Service Delivery:
- Hitting service quality target and SLA
- Guarantee the timeliness of each activity.
- Report all measurables timely on activity to stakeholders.
- Market success and failures
- Assess root causes to ensure future success.
- Compliance of all activity performed toward local, international regulation and group standard, in full alignment with Group Financial internal Control.
- Manage the transition for each business, Transfer and transform to have a standard and optimized approach and plan of work for each process delivered.
- Build and maintain BCP plan for all transferred process.
- Ensure Process Excellence through building and propagating best Practice and making it standard.
- Continuously assess risk of Fraud to reduce and eliminate them.
- Arbitrate issues with stakeholders and propose solutions matching core and local requirements.
- Innovation and Technology: Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance service capabilities, with a special focus on Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- Drive Change management along the team
QUALIFICATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
- Large experience in a senior finance role , Familiar with captive BPO scenario and activities, BPO F&A Operation experience, in similar industries or International CFO experience similar industries. (15 to 20+ years in management.
- Strong negotiation skills ability to persuade, accompany change management.
- Able to manage with multiple remote stakeholders under multicultural influences.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization,
- Proven track record of implementing financial strategies for operational efficiency and
profitability.
- Expertise in all Financial processes, Reporting, Planning and Budgeting
- Familiar with Multiple ERP (SAP/Oracle /Sage, JD Edwards ..)
- Able to manage stress, and efficiently resolve situation, set realistic delay and targets.
- Chartered accountant or equivalent, strong Analytical Skills, Strong ethic and compliance
