Associate Director - Infrastructure Advisory - Consulting Firm

- Project manage assignment modules or complete assignments (depending on size and complexity) in terms of all aspects.

- Use domain strengths to generate business by developing client

- Act as the depository of skills/knowledge and share knowledge and develop execution capacity in the identified domain area(s) to ensure that business stays current on market insights

- Extensive interactions with a client to understand expectations from the assignment

- Should be open to working on assignments across locations in India and abroad.

- Preparation of schematic design and drawings and cost estimates

- Review of drawings prepared by architects

- Formulation of technical specifications and bill of quantities

- Preparation of Detailed Project Reports

- Review of drawings/ designs/ cost estimates and reports submitted by the sub- consultants

- Project Management Consultancy during implementation

- Assistance in project appraisal

- Planning, Design & estimates

- Detailed Project Reports/ Project Information Memorandum

- Providing all required technical inputs for projects
