- Management graduate / PMI certification, Management graduate mandatory

Previous Experience :

- Experience in web development & business applications development

- Project management

- Well versed with RDBMS

- Experience on Cloud and Mobility

- Experience on Information Security like vulnerability management, DLP, etc.

- Team management

- User Expectation management

Core Responsibilities :

- Managing software development team working for the current business applications.

- In-house developed software built on LAMP stack, handled through application outsourcing.

- SAP for Finance & HR, handled through coordination with IT team of parent company and few requirements directly through vendor development.

- Mobile application for Market Intelligence and data collection

- Mobile application for business application

- Dashboard & Analytics for top management

- SharePoint Application built for process automation and employee portal

- Providing technological solutions to automate and improve efficiencies of business processes and add value to business.

- Managing Infra structure like servers, networks, backup, firewalls.

- Managing Information Security& Application security for vulnerabilities, threats, data leak protection, encryption, interfacing with Sony Global Security team

- Assisting the IT head for various audits like SOX, Statutory, Internal, Security, and ISO audits

- Vendor management

- Developing new vendors

- Technological advancement

- SLA monitoring & escalations

- Building customer relationships and managing customer expectations wrt IT
