Associate Director - Indirect Tax

- The incumbent shall be responsible for managing and scaling up the Indirect Tax practice of the firm, including litigations and advisory, on a pan-India basis, under the guidance of a Partner.

Roles and responsibilities :

Business generation from existing and new clients :

- Managing and building client relationships.

- Handling litigations viz, notices, inquiries, show cause notices, department audits, etc, and written and in-person representations before authorities.

- Ensure client deadlines are planned, executed, and closed within time.

- Ensure delegation and coordination among teams to achieve desired results.

- Responding and providing solutions to technical issues to clients and internal teams.

- Ensuring systems and processes are being followed by team.
