Position Name: Associate Director- HR

Location: Noida/Ahmedabad/ Pune

Experience: 14 to 20 Year

Annual CTC: INR (- ) 2,800,000 to 3,500,000

Mandatory Skills

Required Skills and Experience:

1. 10 - 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years of experience at the Sr/ Manager level

2. Ability to formulate/ author HR Policies & manage compliances

3. Candidate having Majority experience in a Technology based Startup / Enterprise

4. Experience working in an entrepreneurial culture as well as a larger, established company is desirable

5. The Position requires excellent inter-personal communication skills and is a 'Work from Office' role (Noida)

6. XLRI Certification is mandatory for this role.

7. Experience in coaching and advising employees at multiple levels

8. Deep knowledge of best practices from past employers, professional networks, continuing education; strong preference for experience with a best-in-class employer with strong, innovative HR practices

9. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.
