- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Work towards the implementation and execution of key HR strategies and initiatives
- Engage with team members to ensure that the day-to-day operations are run smoothly
- Collaborate with different stakeholders within the organization to ensure that the defined objectives and goals of the organization are met.-
- Must have at least 15-18 years in the HR domain and at least 10 years in IT/Software industry
- Excellent communication and articulations skills and must have an analytical bent of mind Must be aware of industry best practices
