We are hiring for our client- a leading aviation group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure regular engagement all regional heads, across functions & work as a member of the regional leadership team to understand business specific needs & drive people agenda.
- Support all recruitment initiatives completely in close coordination with TA an HR Ops & work with regional teams to define better sourcing strategies
- Drive the following strategic initiatives in the region
a. Diversity hiring & retention
b. Overall retention strategies
c. Any other defined from time to time
- Support communication processes within the region to ensure consistency of culture, values, and experience among employees
- Manage payroll activities including attendance, leave, payroll inputs etc.
- Manage processes like
a. Statutory compliances
b. Define & support collection of relevant data for meaningful analysis
c. PMS
d. R&R
e. Insurance
f. Others as defined from time to time
- Monitor and manage the HR budget to ensure optimization of resources
