Job Summary:

The individual will support HR process transformation client engagements across geographies. In this role, the individual will have an opportunity to work across a number of different projects, utilizing their knowledge and experience of the HR function and delivery of HR services and technology. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onsite engagement teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supports HR Process redesign & process improvement

- Improves overall HR operational efficiency through various interventions, including technology (interview guide, work activity analysis, synthesis of information, report and so forth)

- Conducts HR Benchmarking and Research

- Demonstrates proficiency in stakeholder analysis, job impact assessment, communication planning, change measurement (change readiness/surveys, business readiness) and additional experience in culture and change diagnostics

- Demonstrates proficiency in HR organization design analysis and process designing using ARIS / Visio

- Exhibits understanding of various survey tools including Qualtrics

- Prepares proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals

- Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs), and attending strategy meetings

- Conducts HR Technology Vendor Assessment and provides Project Management Office support

- Drives communications with the onshore stakeholders using different media (emails, calls, VC etc..) to ensure there are no gaps

- Takes complete ownership for standalone deliverables, managing the relationship with the client that significantly contributes to the overall success of the project

- Supports capability building and demand generation and identifies areas where KGS can provide support to other member firms

- Understands business priorities and challenges to predict future HRT needs and anticipate strategic opportunities

- Clearly communicates HRT recommendations and uses strong persuasive skills to successfully present ideas and recommended actions
