As Associate Director HR you will be responsible for designing /implementation of local employee engagement and recognition programs, providing mobility services, planning/delivering training, coaching, mentoring and supervision.
Job Synopsis as below :
- Design and implement local employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Execute key HR processes i.e. performance management, exit management, grievance management and career moves through internal role posting .
- Define the operational framework for the delivery of services provided by Cross Entity service delivery teams
Drive resolution of HR structural, strategic and program issues .
Lead team of People Advisors and Client Account HR Leads
