Working closely with the Senior Leadership team, this is a role for someone who embraces change and can win hearts and minds, as well as helping the teams to navigate the future growth of the organization.This role will be focused on delivering value to the business through the design, implementation and alignment of strategic HR initiatives in support of growth plans and company objectives through a relentless focus on people strategy, operational excellence and a commercial approach, with an understanding and awareness of industry specific business challenges.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop overall HR strategy & roadmap partnering with the ( Senior Leadership Team) SLT
- Business partner the Senior Management Team (SMT) on the design, implementation, and alignment of strategic HR initiatives in align with the key business objectives.
- Lead and develop a high caliber HR team including HR Operations, People Development, Payroll & Benefits, as well as playing a pivotal role in influencing across the business.
- Manage the Reward and Benefits strategy including Performance-based Bonuses and Pay Review.
- Define HR roadmap, across all Global Business Units & Global Functions, based on the Multi-Country Organisation's (MCO) Business Agenda, as well as the regional HR priorities.
- Supports MCO Head & Leadership team in areas: Organisational effectiveness, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Coaching, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Culture & employee engagement, Diversity & Gender balance.
- Deploys Group policies, programs & processes.
- Accountable for compliance with labor regulations within MCO.
- Leads and develops the HR teams across the MCO; provides local guidance to local Centre of Excellence resources wherever relevant and ensures seamless collaboration with several Centres of Excellence.

Qualification:
MBA/PGDM-HR from top 20 institutes
