- They are looking for someone who has expertise into HR Strategy, Systems, Processes, & Building Strong Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Relations, & HR Operations.
- Proficient in entire gamut of HR Functions including Employee Engagement & Employee Relationship Management, Performance Management System. Significant experience HR Processes Operations, handling employee engagement and devising various HR Strategies.
- Liasioning with global stakeholders and various leaders of the business and implementing effective HR Policies and processes.
- Driving best HR Practices that impacts business and well versed with entire Gamut of HR.
- Strong experience in IT & Technology Companies is must.
- Should have experience in scaling up the organization to next level.
- Talent Management & Development Policy Assessment & Formulations of HR transformation Projects.
- Well versed in various technologies in IT Hiring.
- Excellent communication skill and ability to convince stakeholders at leadership levels.
- Experience of working in IT & Product Development companies would be preferred.
- Experience should not be less than 18 years.
- Strong education background and experience of working in Start up and leading companies would be preferred.
