Reportees : 2-3 Direct

- Candidate should be from a premier B-school (ideally TISS/ SIBM/ XLRI) with 8-9 years of strong HR Generalist, Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition experience.

- Should have potential to lead HR for a fast-growing Global organization (400 to 1000 employees within 2 years) by managing multiple stakeholders across functions and deliver HR solutions by creating stakeholder buy in.
