- Responsibility for setting and achievement of annual new business by leading sales proposition for HR Transformation solutions in India
- Understand potential prospective client business issues, needs and expectations and identify an appropriate tailored solutions to client needs

Description :
- Primary focus is on business development (sales) but will be supporting project delivery as well
- Work in tandem with business and commercial teams to identify opportunities, GTM and execute annual growth and sales strategy of the business
- Understand potential prospective client business issues, needs and expectations and identify an appropriate tailored solutions to client needs
- Liaises with clients and accounts to identify opportunities for cross-op Co selling so as to deliver the firm to address business needs.
Profile :
- Full time MBA
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in HR function and proven track with reputed organizations.
- Prior business development experience such as HR Tech Products, HRMS and other similar sales / consulting
