Hiring for Global Big 4 Consulting firm for HR Transformation Role for Associate Director (Female Candidates Only)

Experience: 13+years

Location: Bangalore /Gurgaon

1. Candidate should have consulting background and should be currently working on a client facing role and not within the internal HR function.

2. Must have knowledge and skills in HR Transformation, Target Operating Model, HR Process Designs and Workforce Experience Transformation.

Job Summary:

- The individual will support HR process transformation client engagements across geographies.

- As an Associate Director, you will support in delivery of complex projects including developing key client deliverables, preparing client reports and presentations, and liaising with senior leadership and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supports HR Process redesign & process improvement

2. Improves overall HR operational efficiency through various interventions, including technology

3. Conducts HR Benchmarking and Research

4. Demonstrates proficiency in stakeholder analysis, job impact assessment, communication planning, change measurement (change readiness/surveys, business readiness) and additional experience in culture and change diagnostics

5. Demonstrates proficiency in HR organization design analysis and process designing using ARIS / Visio

6. Exhibits understanding of various survey tools including Qualtrics

7. Prepares proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals

8. Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs), and attending strategy meetings

9. Conducts HR Technology Vendor Assessment and provides Project Management Office support

10. Drives communications with the onshore stakeholders using different media (emails, calls, VC etc..) to ensure there are no gaps

11. Takes complete ownership for standalone deliverables, managing the relationship with the client that significantly contributes to the overall success of the project

12. Supports capability building and demand generation and identifies areas

13. Understands business priorities and challenges to predict future HRT needs and anticipate strategic opportunities

14. Clearly communicates HRT recommendations and uses strong persuasive skills to successfully present ideas and recommended actions

15. Embrace a culture of innovation, demonstrating curiosity and applying creative thinking to resolve client issues and needs

16. Take complete ownership for standalone deliverables, managing the relationship with the client that significantly contributes to the overall success of the project

Qualification:

1. Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Qualtrics, OrgVue and Survey designing tools such as Survey Monkey / Survey Gizmo

2. Experience in org development & design - experience in designing/assessing/developing changes plans for both the core elements of an organization - structures, frameworks, systems, policies and the inter - personal elements of an organization - culture, capability, values, behaviors, and relationships

3. Experience in project managing/change managing an org design initiative/restructure/reorg

4. Stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral. Presentation skills to communicate change strategies and recommendations resulting from analysis

5. Experience of working with US and European clients will be an added advantage. Acts as performance manager to his team and conducts regular meetings to review progress

6. Seeks regular feedback and changes behavior to improve performance as appropriate

7. Continue to broaden responsibility for people by taking on an appropriate internal role or initiative (e.g., recruitment, PML, training)

Education / Years of Work Experience:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or an MBA from an accredited college/university

- 14+ years of experience working in the field of HR Transformation, Designing Target Operating Models, Employee Experience Transformation etc.
