Job Responsibilities Include:
Statutory Compliance: Ensure Statutory Compliance of all entities through collaboration with Ops, Legal, F&I and HR. Connect with required statutory authorities as required. Responding to various Notices from Authorities ensuring closure on the gaps. Analysis of trends in Compliance and devise corresponding action plan. Audit of entities and vendors on Statutory Compliance. Shift from being reactive to proactive & build a compliant culture.
Employee Relations: Lead the ER Charter. Build process and best ER practices. Guide, train and Coach HR and Ops team on the same. Dealing with cases reported on employees, conduct investigations and closure with actions as per the Process laid down Assisting in analysis of cases and making trend charts and also possible policy corrections. Work independently on certain Disciplinary processes which are laid down and also do periodic checks to ensure employee risk mitigation. Assisting in investigations in certain cases as and when required.
Others : Assisting in documentation of all case and compliance documents (Disciplinary Action Sheet, relevant case study papers and/or opinions if required) for Audit Compliance. Analytics and dashboard for reporting to Senior Management
What we are looking for
- He/she will be part of the HR CoE team and work with the HR leader to define & execute the HR Statutory Compliance and ER strategy.
- Manage relations with external/internal stakeholders partnering with them in for building a robust ER charter and scale up the function as per business requirements.
- Be the business leader with HR Compliance and ER subject matter expertise & align best practices to business needs and business continuity.
