- Institute performance management systems to foster accountability and drive high performance.

- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance improvement, and conflict resolution.

- Create a vibrant high energy learning focused culture that enhances employee experience and retention

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a culture of belonging.

- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
