Associate Director - HR Consulting
- Lead the execution of client consulting projects across process consulting, talent assessment and management. Partnering the BD team in customer acquisition.
- The role holder is expected to provide thought leadership on projects, including solutioning, development of learning content, tool or framework creation and facilitation.
- Should have subject matter knowledge and expertise on HR Capability Building, Talent Assessments and Development and HR Process Consulting.
- Will have key involvement in need analysis and solution design for prospective customers. Will oversee creating proposals and pitch documents along with cost sheets.
- Should have understanding of theoretical and practical knowledge of HR and other related areas.
- Prior work experience in project management, talent assessment and development, design and delivery of learning programs.
- Proficiency in MS applications (word, excel, power-point, outlook) and excellent communication skills.
