Qualifications:

- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Experience: 14-16 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the investment management or financial services sectors.

- Strategic Partnering: Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute impactful HR strategies.

- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building of trusted relationships at all levels.

- HR Expertise: Deep understanding of HR best practices, sound judgment, and experience in risk assessment.
