Description :
- Provide HR consultation, coaching & functional advice to drive business & people agenda through managers and as the partner
- Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong HR strategies for stakeholders
- Will be responsible to manage the complete employee life cycle for the employees in multiple geographies
- Plan & Manage execution of key plans, programs, deliver through self, HR business partners in a fast paced environment
Profile :
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in HR Business Partnering is required
- Experience in IT/ITeS/Business Consulting/Tech Consulting organisations is key
- Experience partnering with technology workforce is mandatory
- Experience partnering with a span of a minimum of 8000 employees is a must
- Team handling experience of managing senior employees is mandatory
- Fundamentally strong knowledge of Human Resources and awareness of its impact in Business is Key
- Ability to hold intellectual conversations while managing very senior stakeholders is a must
