Looking for someone with hiring experience in FMCG industry with exposure to hiring for Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics etc.

- Provide leadership for the design and implementation of programs and processes that will enhance the company's brand to attract and retain a high quality diverse workforce.

- Develop, implement and execute a robust campus recruiting (Graduate hiring) strategy

- Collaborate with business leaders in the identification of new talent acquisition approaches and solutions to meet current, emerging and future business needs.

- Lead and manage team members, vendors and relationships to align their results with the strategy and business direction, positioning the company as an employer of choice and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Integrate business knowledge and leadership with functional expertise to consult and deliver consistent service in the areas of employment brand marketing, candidate sourcing, assessment and selection.

- Continuously review, improve and facilitate effective talent acquisition process yielding the best talent pipeline, selection process and successful placement to match current and future talent needs.

- Create a team and culture supportive of high quality and impactful deliverables, characterized by strong relationships, quick thinking, and aggressive sourcing skills toward talent acquisition.

- Create and manage recruitment budget, managing the prioritization of resources and flexible recruiting organization to ensure efficient and cost effective recruitment and selection processes aligned with business needs.
