About this role : -

Associate Director - Growth Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive the company's growth from 10 to 100.

Responsibilities :-

- Running targeted marketing campaigns, optimizing leads quality and conversion funnels.

- Identity and prioritize growth opportunities across digital marketing channels, including paid search, brand, social media, email and beyond

- Oversee the development and execution of new marketing channels to unlock 10X growth

- Collaborating with different stakeholders across product development, partnership, sales, and operations

- Drive growth marketing experiments and initiatives to validate and scale effective strategies

- Analyze and interpret growth marketing metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement

- Translate growth insights into actionable recommendations to drive business growth

Requirements and skills :-

- 5+ years of experience in marketing/strategy

- Entrepreneurial mindset - High Ownership - Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get things done

- Proven track record of success in developing and executing Digital Marketing campaigns

- Strong creative vision and ability to translate brand strategy into compelling campaigns online and offline brand marketing campaigns is a big plus

- Excellent communication and writing skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
