A leading non-profit organisation dedicated to providing innovative financial solutions is looking to hire an Associate Director to work closely with the co-founding team on multiple fundraising and partnerships projects.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- The Associate Director is a senior leadership position, working closely with the organisation's founding team to successfully create and implement fundraising strategies and programs.
- S/he will undertake day- to- day leadership and project management, with strategic support from a Director.
- S/he will work closely with the founding team to achieve fundraising goals, thereby assisting with the development of a strategic long-term fund-raising plan.
- S/he will participate in fundraising for general administration, programs, site development and maintenance, through grant writing, donor appeals, capital campaigns, special events, earned income, etc.
- S/he will meet prospective donors and supporters on a continual basis to establish effective communications with them.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in the education sector, including experience in fundraising and partnerships.
- Nonprofit management or administration experience with good people skills.
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and writing and comfort with using MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple demands.
