Associate Director - Fixed Income - Global Markets

The person is positioned as a key role in the senior management layer of Markets. The Business Manager is responsible for helping build strategy and drive efficient execution by engaging stakeholders across the Business and Support functions. This role is responsible for ensuring effective governance structures and processes are in place to drive key cost, RWA and revenue deliveries. Serve as point of engagement with various programmes to ensure that Fixed Income's priorities and delivery requirements are observed. As needed deputies for the Global business manager and chair Steer cos as required.

- Strong ability to engage and influence senior business and functional stake-holders

- Experience of internal control matters and large change programmes

- Strong analytical skills required to perform in-depth review of impact to existing business

- Strong familiarity with Technology

- Previous experience working in Global Markets

- Ability to adapt to new topics.

- Ability to deliver within a matrix structure

- Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external clients.
