Job Description:-

Provide high quality, end to end reporting services to our clients in IB Performance assessment (Revenue line, Cost line, RWA, LRD and Balance sheet).

- Ability to analyze and write commentary for financial and non-financial assets.

- Prepare periodic financial statements and other financial reports as per the stakeholder requirement.

- Have understanding on Estimate and Forecast process and interact with CFO office and Business divisions to understand the pending drivers.

- Understand the database and make relevant changes every month (Micro strategy or VBA skill is added advantage).

- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including Finance CFO teams and reporting teams in RAS.

- Get involved in quarterly internal and external publications.

- Ensure that processes are efficiently implemented and that controls are in place and monitored to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial information.

You have:

- MBA-Finance/ CA with minimum 8 years of experience.

- Understanding of accounting principles, financial and non-financial assets.

- Group level and divisional financial reporting experience, preferably in a financial institution.

- Experience in data analysis to write commentary and reconciliation of financial data.

- Good understanding with MS office (Excel & Power point). VBA skills will be an added advantage.

- Proven change management and process improvement experience.

- Good collaboration capabilities to establish effective and trustworthy relationships with main stakeholders.

- Capability to handle different/ important tasks simultaneously, with the ability to challenge and prioritize.

- Experience in managing team.

- Experience in IB and/or WM Ops will be of added advantage
