One of our leading Financial BPO Clients in Chennai is looking for Associate Director role who has strong work experience in FPNA.

Designation: Associate Director

Location: Chennai

Years of Exp. : 15 to 18 years

Educational qualification: CA / MBA

Specific Responsibilities:

- Solid experience supporting organization from a FP&A perspective: Budgeting, Analytics and Expense management activities.

- Support corporate capacity planning processes: Work with head of the admin function to synthesize headcount demand with current office capacity and future expansion activities.

- Investment Proposals: Experience in working on capex related approvals within the corporation.

- Financial Policies: Work with in function to develop financial policies which encourage efficient use of facilities.

- Communicate relevant information on a timely basis with regard to Capex investment proposals, facility expansion activities, BAU investments etc. Clearly express ideas and concepts both orally and in writing at appropriate times.

- Financials: Preparation of financial data and various dash board on a periodical basis and assist decision making associated with large scale capital Investments.

- Business Performance and drive various Corporate Finance Initiatives: Establish robust processes for variance reporting and accurate forecasting. Monitor and track progress of cost efficiency and organizational wide initiatives

- Corporate functional support: Provide financial support during negotiations related to software and hardware purchases, facility related purchases/leases, and investments in new geographies.

- Finance: Experience in controllership functions and good understanding of accounting standards such as US GAAP and IFRS.

- Should have worked in IT / ITES Organization - In a large multinational corporation

- Significant experience leading a team of finance professionals
