Associate Director - Financial Planning & Analysis

You have:

- preferably a CA qualification or MBA from reputed institution

- Over all 8+ years of experience and out of which 10+ experience of years of related FP&A experience. Experience of servicing senior level clients. International work experience

- group level reporting and legal entity structures experience, proven change management and process improvement experience

- problem solving skills and ability to challenge client

You are:

- strong leader with management experience of multiple facing clients

- strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English

- Proficient at excel .Significant and relevant reporting, controlling, accounting experience

- recognized controlling or accounting qualification. Adaptive to change and preferably experience in process excellence matters

- a proven record of working for senior Finance clients

- advanced analytical and numerical skills as well as good communication skills. Ability to work effectively at both the detailed level and at a high level

- successful handling of interface between on-shore Finance CFO business partners. Good collaboration capabilities to establish effective and trustworthy relationships with main stakeholders

- quality assurance/control and demand management skills

- efficient and effective command of MS-Office, particularly Excel

- fluent English skills in oral and written form is a must

- capability to handle different/ important tasks simultaneously, with the ability to challenge and prioritize

- strong liaising and daily interaction with stakeholders within CC CFO and IMOFC

- ensure that processes are efficiently implemented and that controls are in place and monitored to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial information. Ensure delivery towards agreed service levels. Help to design and implement data quality controls and verification procedures

- apply appropriate escalation procedures and manage client expectations
