Associate Director - FDD (Financial Due Diligence)

We are looking forward to hire AD (Associate Director) for Financial Due Diligence domain.

He / she should have hard core exp in FDD role in his current organisation.

Exp from Consulting background is mandatory. Candidates might have to travel international at one point of time.

The candidate could be from audit background but current must be handling Financial due Diligence

Candidates should be :-

- 12+ years of work experience in public accounting and/or private industry

- Masters Degree in finance and accounting – Chartered Accountant

- Must be experienced in creating or analyzing financial projections and modeling

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to resolve complex accounting problems and well-developed analytical abilities

- Strong communication skills is a must in order to work with cross-functional and cross-border (US) teams including other evaluation panels (e.g. competitor) and client.

- Strong project management skills including the ability to manage large teams in a high-pressure environment to meet deadlines and budget

- Experience with global, cross-functional business initiatives
