Associate Director - Finance - Law Firm

A reputed Tier One law firm is seeking to hire an Associate Director for a management role in their Mumbai office. They are looking for someone with over 15 years of experience in accounts and finance, who has previously served as Head or Director of Finance.

Job Description:

- Understand management perspective and work closely with CFO for formulating & Implementing A&F Strategy, Firm's long term plans.

- Play a key role Conceptualise & implement various accounting policies

- Manage various accounting practices and monitor process adherence, manage and oversee the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls, Working capital management / Reports.

- Advise and implement best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs. Manage and track budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information

- Review all formal finance, HR, and IT related policies and procedures.

- Advise on market changes and providing strategic financial recommendations to the management committee.

- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations

- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results Monitor risk index Guide, support and work with team members for key deliverables

- Overall review of Tax compliance and review of location & Practice profitability

- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.

- Leadership abilities.
