Associate Director - Finance - Entertainment Infrastructure

We are in the process to sell one of our business related to entertainment infrastructure. The candidate will represent us in the new identity.

He will be taking care of finance and fundraising in the new identity.

As the Associate Director- Finance, you will be responsible, as part of a team, to initiate, analyse, evaluate, monitor and safeguard all family investments. In addition you will be responsible for establishing a strong financial MIS, design & implement internal audit systems, ensuring financial, legal & statutory compliance, evaluating business proposals.

In addition, you may be involved in family MIS and Accounts.

Position reporting to : CEO /CFO

Location : Mumbai, Andheri West

Job Purpose : Drive inorganic business growth by strategizing and implementing mergers and acquisitions working very closely with the CEO and CFO

Job Requirements :

Qualifications : MBA or CA

Experience :

- 2-4 years

- Proven track record of evolving and implementing M&A projects end to end (pre and post).

- Strong in data analytics and project management.

Age Maximum : Around 35

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage all aspects of CMS policies towards achieving growth through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

- Analyse the possible impact on the organization; estimate cash flow and probability identifies potential risks and create corresponding solutions.

Functional Competencies :

- Strong in Fundraising And Company Profiling.
