Associate Director - Finance Controllership - Sales & Marketing Vertical

Corporate

- Financial performance including revenue, gross and net margins and receivables of Accounting & Finance Controllership vertical

Strategy formulation and implementation:

- Developing Sales and Marketing strategy for the vertical and support the practice in growth strategies

- Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of the strategy with help of organization global sales and organization global marketing functions

- Remaining current with the competition in the market and articulating organization value proposition

- Sensing market changes and client expectations to bring changes in or expanding service offerings within the practice

Sales & Marketing:-

- Developing relationships with influencers to generate leads viz. trade bodies, law firms, consulates, etc.

- Being visible in the market as a thought leader by participating in speaking opportunity and conducting relevant webinars for an international audience

- Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with international organizations for client acquisition

- Understanding client business and creating awareness regarding organization group's service offerings

- Sensing client needs and bringing in central sales to offer relevant services

Client Relationships

- Engage with senior client management to grow the relationship beyond that of a service provider to a trusted business partner

- Engage and develop parent company relationships which can be harnessed by organization as a firm

Service Excellence:-

- Provide leadership to ensure that team members at all levels are client-focused and service-oriented

- Ensure that delivery processes remain robust to provide reliable and timely delivery

- Focus on bringing in continuous delivery improvements to ensure efficiencies

- Focus on bringing in the right technology for service delivery

- Remaining current on the regulatory changes in India and ensure clients are made aware of these changes with an impact on their business in India

- Creating front-end or full-fledged delivery center across company locations Leadership

- Monitor and mentor the various teams in the vertical across locations Reporting

- The role will report to Executive Director - Entity Setup & Management

- Leadership management under the accounting vertical
