Position-Associate Director-Finance Automation / Robotic process Automation
Qualifications must be a Post Graduate in Business Management
Exp-12+ years of relevant experience in management consulting domain
Industry preference: All industries except Financial Services
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong exposure to Finance Automation, Digital Finance and RPA
- Technology implementations & benefit realization
- Process automation - Automation strategy and business value proposition
- Understanding of the leading automation tools and RPA products.
- Should have the ability to present the industry / functional perspective and translate the same to capability requirements and associated business & technology initiatives.-
- Good knowledge of Business Processes & Process frameworks
- Hands on experience in redesigning business process solution, transformation and business process automation
- Knowledge of working with Shared Service Centers
- Candidates should be proficient to engage with CxO stakeholders, present business issues quantitatively, solution roadmap with associated business case.
- Should have experience in advisory consulting and partnered with clients to formulate & implement transformational business & technology initiatives
- Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting qualitative & quantitative information and driving strategies, operational improvement, operating models and recommending forward-looking automation & cognitive solutions to support client's business strategies
- Candidates should have demonstrated market eminence in their respective domains, authored and presented - white papers/point of views
Skills required:
- Business Development: Engaging with key client decision makers, organizing and leading business pursuits. Participating and leading all aspects of the proposal development and orals process.
- Domain Development: - Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking, and publication in industry periodicals.
- Project Delivery: - Managing engagement risk, project financials including planning and budgeting, managing account receivables, defining deliverable content, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
- People Development: - Performing the role of counselor and coach, providing input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.
