Associate Director - Finance & Accounts - Wealth/NBFC/Broking Firm - CA

Incharge of NBFC and Wealth Broking entity

Review of financials statements under IndAS on monthly basis along with review of the following:

- Handling audits like statutory audits, internal audits, audits by regulators etc

- Handling Board meetings along with presentation to the board.

- Ensuring adherence to all compliance requirements as per RBI, SEBI & Exchanges.

- Interacting with Credit rating agencies and Banks.

- Constantly engage with business and compliance teams to understand best practices & set up systems and processes to support business growth.

- Team management - Manage, train, and control teams responsible for processing all Funds & accounts tasks.

Job Requirements:

- Qualifications CA

- Experience Minimum 12 years in NBFC and Broking

- Functional Competencies - Problem solving aptitude

- Analytical skill and command on MS Office, MS Excel & PPT

- Should know NBFC and Broking regulations
