Our Requirement: We are looking for an Associate Director to head our rapidly growing F&A practice.

Background:

Our F&A BPM practice serves both domestic and overseas clients. Our F&A projects vary in scope from setting up and running shared services for our clients to end to end management of one or more processes that our clients want to outsource. The solutions we provide are tailored to meet our clients situation and needs. We are always striving to enhance the effectiveness of what we do thereby providing our clients with tangible business benefits, all the while looking for opportunities for improving our service delivery processes.

The Associate Director position:

- The role will initially be to take charge of the current operations and thereafter leading the setting up of new projects, including resourcing the offshore delivery team, planning and overseeing the transition, implementation of the to-be processes and quality management systems and ensuring that the project reaches stead state in the agreed timeframe.


- On an on-going basis, the role will be to lead and manage the practice including client relationship, oversight of deliverables, people development and management and operational excellence.


- You will be responsible for the P&L of the practice and will also be involved in growing the revenues through new client acquisition, product development and growth of existing accounts.


- As Associate Director, you will be a member of the firm's BPM Leadership Team, contributing to setting the overall direction of the business and its day to day management. If you are a self starter with a passion to build a business, this is the role you are looking for.

- Professionalism - Should have in-depth knowledge of all functions and displays not only required skill-set, but also ethics and integrity while conducting the job - the focus is on PROFESSIONALISM

- Cooperation - One must ensure completion of all tasks at hand and simultaneously extends support to team members and displays joint ownership towards achieving business objectives - the focus is on TEAMWORK

- Communication/Feedback - Should believe in providing feedback to other associates and receiving feedbacks to enhance performance, thereby meeting business objectives - the focus is on OPEN COMMUNICATION

Candidate profile:

The following attributes are required in candidates applying to this position:

- Proven experience of setting up and managing large projects in business process management

- 10+ years' experience in the F&A domain of which at least 6 years should be in the outsourcing industry

- Technical expertise in F&A business cycles including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, General Ledger Management and Reporting and Analysis

- Should be able to engage with senior leadership on the client side

- Ability to understand and apply the business context in any given situation so as to balance control and business needs

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Mind-set for client service and performance improvement
