Job Description:
AOP :
- Preparation of Budget P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow statements.
- Summarizing Capex and Opex budgets from all user departments.
- Variance Analysis.
Budgeted EBITDA Vs. Estimated EBITDA:
Banking & Treasury :
- Fund management: Ensuring the availability of funds with minimum borrowing cost and investing the surplus funds to maximise the Interest yield ) Forex Management (to minimise the Forex loss)Cash flow Forecasting RBI Compliance (Monitoring EDPMS and IDPMS Export/Import database)Vendor payment monitoring.
Financial Reporting and Forecast:
- Preparation of Quarterly Forecast Preparation of Financial statements as per Schedule-III of Companies Act.
PLI:
- Filing of Incentive Application & Quarterly returns as per Timelines.
- Coordination with Statutory Auditors, Chartered Engineer and Building valuer for timely submission of requisite documents to PLI team.
Direct & Indirect Taxes:
- Filing of Corporate Tax return as per due date.
- Ensuring timely completion of Tax Audit.
- Quarterly Advance tax estimations & Payment to avoid levy of interest.
- Replies to Notices and Tax Assessments
- Ensuring compliance with GST laws
- Monitoring TDS/TCS compliances ( Timely deposit of taxes and filing of Quarterly returns).
Audits & IFC:
- Ensuring implementation of Internal Financial Controls as per RCMs
- Coordinating with Internal/Statutory Auditors for completion of Audit reports as per Audit plan.
- Monitoring & ensuring the Compliance with Accounting Standards & Policies.
