Associate Director - Experience Digital Studio

We are looking a studio director for our Experience Design Studio based in Bangalore. The lead will be a highly passionate individual to

- Design and create new offers especially around NEW DIGITAL EXPERIENCES

- Bring new thinking around design and experiences not just across traditional channels (web, mobile, social), but new and emerging channels (AR/VR, Voice based aides, headless channels) and have hands on experience on offline channels

- Be able to orchestrate and design a service strategy that spans the entire customer journey based approach for leading brands

- Bring the culture of data driven and scientific design of user experience and journey

- Being innovation and new design thinking approaches and methodology that can bring a new perspective to solve the customer's problem which puts the - problem at heart-, rather than the solution

Needs to have proven track record of creating digital experience led business transformation for global brands. Should have spent at least 5 - 7 years in leading an independent team and also developing digital experiences for the clients

- Experience of Institutionalize user experience (or other design thinking elements) in previous organizations. Should have been a change agent.

- Should have grown through experience design ranks bringing in

- Innovation in designing new products and services

- Applied experience design methods

- Creating experiences for the clients

- Not just awareness but good hands on exposure to latest trends in design world, desired and not just limited to Artificial intelligence, HMI, Personifications (personalized user experience),

- Experience bringing digital and physical together via new service experience

- Needs to be an exceptionally good networker in global context - within and outside the organization

- Ability to mentor the team. Lead by example for a diverse team. Create the new talent, capabilities in the team in-house and laterally

- To have a referenceable portfolio of digital engagements

- Ability to craft the right stories and being able to authoritatively manage Senior C level communications and engagements single handed.

- To bring multi cultural and multi geo experience

Optional to have an experience of creating and leading digital experience studios for SI firms.
