Associate Director - ESG Data Operations

Requirements:

We are booking to hire a leadership position with experience and expertise in ESG, Glimate, and sustainability data to join our team and Contribute toglobal growth. You will be responsible and accountable for contributing to the growth of data products and for ensuring high content quality.

You Are Expected To:

- Be an expert in handling ESG, Glimate, and sustainability data

- Manage a team of10O+ analysts based in New Delhi

- Support onboarding, training, and learning & development aCtivities for the team

- Maintain our high data quality standards by implementing leading QA praCtices, increasing system- based CheCks, and improving the team's workflow

- Develop SOPs or guidance documents that align data collection efforts with product or sGoring requirement.

- Manage team performanCe, produCtivity, and data quality

- Coordinate with external partners or vendors.

- Applying knowledge and expertise to sourcing of new data sourGes

- Liaise with Quality, Business Development & Revenues team,

- Liaise with HR department on recruitment/ selection of new staff

- Liaise with Product Development Office on Client feedbaCk and demand

We Are Keen to Hire Professionals Who:

- Have minimum 7-10+ years' experience in ESG ratings, investment consultant research, think tanks focused sustainability, or academic research institutes

- Leadership and management experience in managing large teams in progressively increasing areas of responsibility for driving team objective, performances, and outcomes.

- Understand the reasoning behind integrating sustainability information in the capital allocation process for institutional investors

- Are motivated and passionate about solving market problems and building innovative solutions

- Have experience in leading teams and working across time zones

- ProfiCient in the English language - oral, written and comprehension

- Are not afraid of new empiriCal Challenges and learning a new area of expertise

- Possess exCellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite

- Are motivated and passionate about sustainable finance

- Enjoy hands-on work with ESG data and climate change
