Job Description: Associate Director - ERP/SaaS Sales

Position Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director of Enterprise Sales to join our team.
- This role is pivotal in driving the sales strategy, managing key accounts, and aligning our ERP, and SaaS products with clients' business needs.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of software products, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for ERP, and SaaS products.
- Client Management: Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring alignment of solutions with their business needs and technical specifications.
- Solution Selling: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored solutions that leverage our software products.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 13+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in selling ERP, and SaaS products.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
