Location : Reliance Corporate IT Park, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Notice Period : Immediate / Serving / 30 Days Max

Mode : 5 Days Work from office.


Role Overview:


You will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving business development, and managing a high-performance sales team. This role involves working closely with key enterprise clients to identify their needs, craft tailored solutions, and build long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise sales, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the telecom and technology sector


Job Description:


Sales Strategy & Leadership:


- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the enterprise segment, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and drive growth in the enterprise sales domain.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and operations to create effective sales campaigns and solutions.


Client Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executives within target enterprises.

- Identify new business opportunities, drive customer acquisition, and retain existing clients through proactive engagement and high-value solutions.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Business Development:


- Identify and prospect new enterprise clients across various sectors, including large corporations, SMEs, and government bodies.

- Drive business development activities, including lead generation, prospecting, presentations, and closing sales.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with enterprise clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer.


Market Research & Competitive Analysis:


- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and market dynamics in the telecom and digital transformation space.

- Leverage market insights to refine sales strategies and ensure Jio Tesseracts competitive positioning in the market.


Performance Tracking & Reporting:


- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales team effectiveness and individual performance.

- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, pipeline health, and market conditions.

- Continuously analyze and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and results.


Collaboration & Alignment:


- Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute go-to-market campaigns targeted at enterprise clients.

- Align sales efforts with product teams to ensure that customer feedback and market needs are integrated into product development and innovation.

- Collaborate with other departments (finance, legal, technical) to ensure smooth contract negotiations and implementation processes.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.


Experience:


- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of leading and growing sales teams.

- Strong experience in the telecom, technology, or digital transformation industries.

- Experience in managing large, complex deals and building long-term enterprise client relationships.


Skills:


- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including solution selling and value-based selling.

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights.


- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
