Job Title: Associate Director - Enterprise Sales

Job Overview:
As the Associate Director - Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth by managing and developing strategic relationships with large enterprise clients. You will lead a team of sales professionals to ensure the achievement of key revenue targets, the expansion of market share, and the development of comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise accounts, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to address those needs.
- Revenue Generation: Own and manage a revenue target for the enterprise sales team in the region, ensuring consistent pipeline generation, deal closure, and quarterly target achievement.
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of enterprise sales professionals to exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, performance feedback, and training.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure strong market presence in the Mumbai region.
- Customer Solutions: Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and technical teams to propose tailored solutions that address client challenges and drive revenue.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align strategies, improve client acquisition, and deliver the best customer experience.
- Market Research and Intelligence: Stay updated with market trends, industry insights, and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations for complex deals and ensure contract agreements are commercially viable and aligned with the company's objectives.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly report on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market conditions. Maintain accurate CRM entries and provide insights for business planning.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales with at least 3-4 years in a sales leadership role. Experience selling complex solutions (SaaS, enterprise software, IT solutions) to large enterprises is preferred.
Education: MBA
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing high-performance sales teams.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with a proven record of building and developing successful sales teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate value propositions to senior leadership.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle complex deals and long sales cycles.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of enterprise customer challenges and a strong ability to craft customized, innovative solutions to meet their needs.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on business growth and sales performance metrics.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.), and other sales-related tools. Familiarity with technology-driven products and services.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with industries such as IT, SaaS, Fintech, or Telecom.
- A strong network of enterprise clients in the Mumbai region.
