Associate Director - Enterprise Sales (B2B, SaaS)


Client: SquadStack (Formerly Squadrun) is a San Francisco and New Delhi based startup, founded in June 2014 by Apurv Agrawal, Kanika Jain and Vikas Gulati. We help consumer businesses that sell high-ticket products and services across industries such as real estate, financial services, education, and healthcare to improve their sales conversions and funnel efficiency, by leveraging technology and data science. We aim to grow 10X in the next two years, and drive adoption and engagement for our products across geographies.

Candidate Profile: 5-8 years of experience in a closing, quota-carrying role selling ~INR 5cr+ enterprise deals in India's BFSI. Experience in SaaS, Analytics, and Mar-tech is a plus. You are comfortable selling technical solutions that require an understanding of areas like telesales, lead generation, CRM, sales enablement, AI, data security, etc. you have successfully built and grown new accounts through consultative and solution-based selling. Looking for local candidates from Chennai, Mumbai who currently work with B2B Product SaaS company.

- Best Practices: You will develop well-drafted, clear sales proposals that win deals while setting the right expectations. You may also work closely with Marketing to create and improve collateral and plans.
