Education: B. Tech in Electronics (Mandatory).

Experience: Senior-Level (8+ years).

About the Role :

- We are looking for an experienced Associate Director to lead and oversee cutting-edge projects in the field of electronics.

- This is a senior leadership role, responsible for managing a large team of engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.

- The ideal candidate will have expertise in both hardware and software components and experience in the commercialization of products in the electronics space.

- The position is based in Noida and requires onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 25-30 engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

- Project Delivery: Oversee project execution from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and quality completion of projects.

- Commercialization: Drive the commercialization process of products and solutions, ensuring they are market-ready and scalable.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, R&D, and business development teams to align on project goals and timelines.

- Technology Expertise: Provide technical guidance on both software and hardware aspects of electronics systems, including batteries, BMS (Smart/Non-Smart), drones, solar, inverters, UPS, e-rickshaw batteries, DC/VP motors, etc.

- Strategic Planning: Define and implement strategies to optimize project execution and delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:.

- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in handling large teams and managing technical projects from scratch, especially in electronics domains.

- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team of 25-30 engineers, driving performance, and motivating the team toward achieving goals.

Core Technology Knowledge: Strong expertise in the following technologies:.

- Batteries (Li-ion, Li-polymer, etc.

- Battery Management Systems (BMS) both Smart and Non-Smart.

- Drones (Technology, design, and implementation).

- Solar power systems and inverters.

- UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply).

- E-Rickshaw batteries.

- DC/VP motors.

- Project Management: Hands-on experience in leading projects from conceptualization to commercialization, with a deep understanding of project timelines, budgeting, and resource management.

- Cross-Disciplinary Knowledge: Ability to work across both software and hardware, with a balanced understanding of the integration of these systems.
