Purpose & Objectives:
The role will require substantial interaction with customers and key stakeholders and require travel.
Job Responsibilities:
- To Build and support practice development initiatives including Knowledge management, Point of view development, industry research, process standardization, global best practices, etc.
- To understand the overarching objectives of the practice and help develop short term and long-term strategy
- Coordinate with onsite engagement teams and clients to gather requirements, develop a work plan, determine scope & expectations.
- Mange the overall P&L including managing project staffing activities as per budgeted hours.
- Ensure quality project delivery with the highest customer satisfaction.
- Training and guiding the team, managing expectations, collaboration with other competencies as per project requirement.
Primary tasks:
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Conduct Business Workshops
- Driving Strategy reviews
- Ability to quickly acquire proficiency in new areas and technologies
- Prepare Functional specs
- Conduct testing, training and support team
Key Performance Indicators:
- Customer Feedback/customer satisfaction scores
- Productive days/utilization as defined by the organization.
- Knowledge Management and creation
