ROLE DESCRIPTION
- This is a business development role responsible for new client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Work closely with the respective region (Country) Leader on revenue generation from national and international clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a bespoke flag bearer of the Company's value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Become an expert advisor on technology leadership hiring.
- Engage with CXOs and build a great rapport thereby building a great network within the start-up ecosystem domestically and internationally.
- Effectively communicate with Lead teams of analysts and/or lead generation associates to create and execute the closure of a healthy sales pipeline.
- Exceed assigned annual sales targets within assigned territory.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8-15 years of sales, business development & strategic partnerships experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong network and relationship building skills
