- Our clients leaders in HR-Tech domain is looking for sales director in the capacity of an Individual Contributor leading the sales initiatives for their India regional businesses.

Our client is a Series C funded HRMS platform with a smarter, simpler & mobile-first HR Tech experience powered by AI and Machine Learning which helps clients with their recruitment lifecycle challenges. They are the market leader in SAAS HR-tech ecosystem backed by marquee investors.

Description :

- Responsible for developing and implementing industry-specific sales plans & strategies to target enterprise and mid-market clients.

- Drive exponential revenue growth as an Individual contributor

- Manage end to end sales cycle, starting from prospecting, demo, negotiation to closure.

Profile :

- MBA from a tier-1 business school is a must.

- 4-10 years experience in selling to large enterprise customers.

- Candidate preferred to be based out of Bangalore Gurgaon or Mumbai.
