Job Overview:

As the Product leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and vision. You will be instrumental in driving innovation, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the product roadmap, including defining the product vision, strategy, and feature prioritization based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.

2. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of product initiatives.

3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential areas for product innovation.

4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development and launch of products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

5. Define and track key product metrics, analyze product performance, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

6. Work closely with the executive team to align product strategies with overall business objectives and drive the company's long-term vision forward.

7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather feedback and insights that inform product development and improvement.

8. Ensure product compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, and proactively address any potential risks or challenges.

Qualifications:

1. 5-10 years of experience in product management

2. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.

4. Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team of product managers and driving a culture of innovation and excellence.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

6. Solid understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and best practices in product management.

7. Strong business acumen and the ability to align product strategies with overall business objectives.

8. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
