Responsibilities :
1. Drive and execute upon the roadmap for product experience across all mobile/web channels.
2. Manage continuous prioritization and adapt to changing business and customer needs. Advocate for what should be the priority and align stakeholders while solving for any concerns
3. Analyze user and business problems and detail out specifications for various platforms ensuring the best solution considering all technical and usability trade-offs. Communicate effectively with engineering and design teams to ensure features are built as per specification.
4. Lead user-centric design thinking by having a keen eye on quantitative and qualitative feedback from the users across various touchpoints.
5. Ask relevant questions and find answers through strong analytical skills. Use analytics and data tools to track metrics and effectiveness of product efforts
6. Get things done by working with cross-functional teams displaying the ability to collaborate, multitask and drive the best possible decisions and outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications :
1. Overall 5-12 years of professional experience with 3-9 years in consumer product management in gaming, eCommerce, etc. Coding experience will be preferred.
2. An engineering graduate from a premium institute. Postgraduate will be preferred.
3. Good understanding of app ecosystems and related technologies
4. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Flurry, etc.) in mobile context both on technology as well as driving insights
5. Experience with Agile and lean processes a plus
6. Should display traits of a good leader, with empathy for customers
7. The ability to thrive with ambiguity in a dynamic environment is a must
