AD/ Director - HRPB
- Manages the Organization's Leadership Talent.
- Managing the Talent acquisition and related Compliance process before and post onboarding for Executive Directors.
- Works collaboratively with the organization leadership team and Talent team to work on various dashboards / report.
- Understand HR strategies and priorities in response to changing business needs Communication.
- Actively engages, coaches and educates leaders effectively to execute the process.
- Ensure to manage assessments, design and developing leadership off-sites, team make-up and observations/feedback on effectiveness competencies.
- Translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness, as well as to improve the overall employee experience and engagement
- Working with the compensation and benefits team to work on the annual appraisal process.
- Goal setting and driving the KPI dashboards for Leadership team.
- Automating the Performance management process for Leadership team.
- A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo and analyses data to create meaningful conclusions
- Identifying training needs and designing the training models and calendar accordingly.
