Associate Director/Director - HR Business Partner

- Partner with leaders to understand the business strategy and develop the HR charter aligning to the organization's goals

- Guide the team of recruiters, work alongside senior stakeholders to grow & manage the business

- Comes with overall 9 to 12 years of experience & strong business understanding

- Very essential - deep knowledge of tech/product functions
